Winking Murder

Description: Have the group form a circle and choose one player to be the detective. Have the detective wait outside or in another room where they can't hear anything the rest of the group might say.

While the detective is away, have the group in the cricle choose someone to be the murderer. Now call back the detective and have them stand in the middle of the circle. When the detective is ready, the murderer will wink at people in the circle.

Anyone who sees that they have been winked at lets out a blood-curdling scream and dies. But tell the players not to keep looking at the murderer, because the detective has only to look where they were looking to know who the murderer is.

The detective has three attempts to guess the murderer. If they don't, then the detective is taken away from the group again and a new murderer is chosen.
