Description: Have the group form pairs. When everyone is paired up, have them tie one of their left ankles and one of their right ankles together and stand at the start line.

On the signal, pairs will run to the finish line placed about 100 ft. away, or if space is a problem, place a turn around point at 50 ft. and the first pair back to the finish line wins.
