Sweep the Floor Party Game
Type of Game: College Party Game - Sweep the Floor Equipment: Chairs, Sticks, Paper, String, and Dustpans Formation: Teams # of Players: 10+ Description: Divide the group into 2 teams with even of numbers on both teams. Have each team form a single file line, and place a chair in front of each team. On the chair place about 10 sticks of equal size on each team's chair as well as a dustpan on each chair. Place the chairs and sticks about 25 ft. in front of the teams. Also in front of each team, place a pile of shredded paper for each team about 5 ft. to the left/right of the chair. On the signal, the first player from each team will run to their chair and grab one stick. Then the next player will do the same after they cross the start line. When the team has collected all the sticks, have the last person in line fashion a make-shift broom with string that is given each team at the beginning of the game. Now that the team has a broom, the last player will run to the chair, grab the dustpan, and go to the shredded pile of paper. The first team to properly dispose of these waste materials wins.
