Rhyming Game

Type of Game: Icebreaker - Rhyming Game

Formation: Group

# of Players: 10+

Description: Have the group form a circle sitting or standing. Choose someone to start. Have them begin by stating their name and then making a rhyme with their name.

For Example: Someone named Mary might say "My name is Mary and I'm red as a Cherry". The next person in line must repeat the 1st player's rhyme and then add their own.

So let's say the next person is a man named Ray. He might say "This is Mary, red as a cherry" pointing to Mary and then add "My name is Ray and I don't eat hay". This continues around the circle until everyone has gone, and can repeat everyone's names and rhymes.
