Phoney Express
Type of Game: Birthday - Phoney Express Equipment: 2 Sticks/Poles, 2 Beach Balls, 2 Bags of Envelopes, and 2 Hats Formation: Teams # of Players: 10+ Description: Divide into two equal teams. Give the first player of each team a pony(a stick), a saddle(beach ball), a mail pouch(bag of envelopes) and a hat. Teams must transfer all items to the next member once they have run their route. On the signal, the first players travel across country(run to a point about 40 ft. away) and back home. Because they are a government agency they must complete their run with the beach ball between their knees, hat on the head, the horse held under the beach ball held with hands, and of course the mail pouch over their shoulder. Should the horse(stick) hit the ground it is considered dead and the player must start again. The mail pouch must be carried and not strapped on to the horse. First team to complete the course wins.
