Description: Have the players for a circle. Give each guest a pencil and have them put the pencils in their mouths and keep their hands behind their backs. Give the pacifier (the kind with the loop) to one of players to put on their pencil.

On the signal, players pass the pacifier from guest to guest without using their hands. If a guest drops the pacifier, they are out of the game. The winner is the last person left in the game.
