Description: Before the party prepare a lot of different paints, brushes, sponges, stamps, fabric markers, etc. Arrange them around a table, along with the onesies, that is large enough to accommodate a few guests working at a time.

Have your guests decorate a shirt or onesie anyway they want, and give the finished product to the mom-to-be as a keepsake.

If you know you sex of the baby you could have pink or blue onesies in addition to white. If you will have a large group select various sizes so the mom can use them for a long time. You could also add a matching hat and/or socks to each outfit.
