Laps and Laughs
Type of Game: Icebreaker - Laps and Laughs Equipment: 2 Strips of Paper Per Player Formation: Individual # of Players: 10+ Description: Give each person two strips of paper. On one, have them write something they think everyone has done and something no one has done on the other. Put all pieces of paper in a hat. Choose someone to stand in the middle while everyone else sits on chairs in a circle. The reader will choose a strip of paper and read it. If it is something everyone has done, those participants that have done it will move one seat to the right. Those who have not must stay there. If the reader reads something no one has done, the movement is to the left. For Example: Strip reads, "Everyone has been to Disney Land." Those who have will move to the right one seat. "Everyone has been to the moon." Those who have not been to the moon will move one seat to the left.
