Description: Purchase or make a nice prize. Put it on display for all the guests to see. Let the guests know you will be holding a raffle and have them donate a dollar per raffle ticket.

Near the end of the party and everyone has had a chance to purchase at least one ticket the Mom-to-be pulls out a lucky ticket and whoever it is, wins the prize.

All the money goes to the mother for the new baby. If this is a close family or friend function you may even have a few items that certain people donate and have a separate raffle for each.
