Bridal Exchange
Type of Game: Wedding Party Game - Bridal Exchange Equipment: 1 Gift Per Person, 2 Dice and Timer Formation: Vs. # of Players: 10+ Description: Before the party purchase gifts for each player. The gifts can be anything from a practical joke to a really nice gift. Wrap the gifts in different size boxes, and colors of wrapping. Obviously use a wedding theme when you choose your gifts. Also, have 2 dice ready for the game. Before the game, have the guests form a circle. Then put one gift in the middle of the circle for each player playing. Have a timer set for about 10 minutes, longer if you have a group over 20. On the signal, start the timer and give the Bride-to-be 2 dice to roll. If she gets doubles, she gets to pick a gift from the middle, but if she doesn't, she passes the dice to the next player. Everyone keeps rolling until all the gifts are gone. Then with the timer still going, people can roll doubles to take someone else's gift by switching with them. The player they are switching with doesn't have a choice, they have to switch. When the timer goes off, everyone stops and the gift they have is the one they are stuck with. Note: Make sure no one can tell what is inside the gifts and that they aren't opened until the end of the game.
