The classics-decorating cookies, and bobbing for apples are always fun! (especially for adults) This can be a good place to start with. But here are a few more games to make your party special.

*Mummy Wrap: Divide the adults into a few teams of 3-5 players. Give each team some rolls of toilet paper. You can use 1-5 rolls depending the on the age group.

Have the teams dress up one of the person as a mummy. You will get all kinds of variations and decorations. Have prizes for the most creative, best wrapped and any more that fit.

*Monster Dance: Play Halloween music and have the kids dance like monsters. When the music stops the kids freeze their monster position. The first kid to move is out and runs the music for the next round. This game can go on for as long as the kids are having fun!

*Mad Scientist Lab: Have a table lined with jars of food. Or put bowls on a table with cardboard on top, with holes cut out for the bowls. It depends on if you want the kids to see the food or not.In front of each food label a body part.

Play Halloween Music, Dim the lights, or use blindfolds to set the right scene! Make sure and play this with kids that are a little older- my 5-year-old would have nightmares for months. But my 9 year-old nephew would love it!

*Pumpkin Toss: Hollow out a pumpkin and have the kids stand a few feet away and toss in candy, small balls, etc. They get a prize for every good toss

*Guess the Pumpkins weight: Have various sizes of pumpkins on a table. In front of each pumpkin have slips of paper, a pen, and a jar. The adults can guess the weight of each pumpkin. Whoever guesses closest wins. They can either win the pumpkin, along with a carving kit or another prize.

*Bone Hunt: Just like an easter egg hunt, but with bones instead. Get a bunch of plastic bones and hide them. Mark each with a certain color or shape. For each bone they get a prize. Mark a few with a special mark, like a gold star. Make those prizes extra special.

*Cat Tails: Make long strips of cloth, enough for each adult to have one. Make the strips long enough that the kids can stick it in the back of their pants and then have it come out the back and down to the floor.

The object of the game is to get other players' tails. If your tail is taken you are out of the game. The last player with their tail wins!
